Me and Earl and The Dying Girl
In the life of an extremely introverted teenager who has only one friend with whom he makes horrible short films with, being forced by your helicopter mother to hang out with your dying ex-girlfriend from elementary school, isn't exactly a good time.
Greg had ZERO interest in having any social life at all, but when he is sucked into the life of Rachel Kushner a.k.a. The Dying Girl, all the sudden his life of isolation becomes one of excitement. As Greg begins to bond with Rachel he is sucked into her..unique friend group and all the sudden thrown into the world of high school drama, teenage girls, awkward cafeteria adventures, and socializing with his long time crush Olivia Ryan.

What starts as a seemingly harmless adventure of firsts for Greg results in the complete destruction of his old life and beginning of a new one, all thanks to the dying girl, Rachel Kushner.
